- Weekly Diet Tracking & Review: Receive a food tracker sheet to log your meals for a week. I’ll personally review it by the end of each week and provide feedback to help optimize your nutrition.
- Project Durden Bundle: Includes both my workout plan and diet structure so that you have the blueprint needed to get you started!
- Ongoing Support: Stuck or need help? I’ll be there to guide and answer your questions every step of the way! And by the end of each month we will do a 1 on 1 call to follow up.
